Ok, but wait. What’s a “modality?”
Your MODALITY is how you receive, process and put out information in the world. You were born with a natural strength in one of 4 different modalities and adequate but lesser abilities in the others (everyone is).

The 4 different modalities are Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Cognitive.

(You can think of this as Seeing, Hearing, Feeling, and Thinking)...

Most people use and respond to one of these most strongly, with the others following as a kind of “backup senses” to fill out the picture. This is not, generally, a problem. It’s fine.

However, when it comes to something like trying to manifest your desires, it becomes a HUGE problem. Here’s why.

Can you shift how you are focusing on your goals? Can you change how you’re putting energy into achieving your goals?

For example, if you’ve been writing down your goals, you might get a much bigger impact if you picture them or create a vision board. If you’ve been calling around to try to find a job, you might get better results from making a great-looking resume. And so on.
Step Three: Consider trying a system that focuses on all 4 Modalities together, which means you will be guaranteed to be manifesting in your strongest sense, and then all your supporting senses as well, to integrate all 4 powers of manifestation.
